Mebrahtom "Meb" Keflezighi (/ ˈ m ɛ b k ə ˈ f l ɛ z ɡ i /; (Tigrinya: መብራህቶም ክፍለዝጊ, Mebrāhtōm Kifl'izgī; born May 5, 1975) is a retired American long distance runner. He is the 2004 Olympic silver medalist in the marathon and finished in fourth place in the 2012 Summer Olympics.
