MY MOTHER. by Christophe Honoré. synopsis. Pierre goes home to stay with his parents in Gran Canaria for a summer on the beach. As soon as his father is called away for business affairs, Pierre discovers that his mum spend night outside, carousing with her friends who both take a shine to Pierre and introduce him to their debauched ways.
Seventeen-year-old Pierre vows blind love to his mother, who isn't ready to handle what her son projects onto her. Refusing to be loved for something she isn't, she decides to break all mystery and reveal her true nature, that of a woman for whom immorality has become an addiction.
