The G35 and the 350z came with a VLSD from the factory on the manual transmission models. So sooner or later that VLSD will become an open diff. With that being said, pretty much every R200 diff is swappable into the G. I'd go with the newest/lowest mileage one, such as a Q50/60 if you're looking for a direct swap.

Passenger side valve cover was leaking pretty bad after I did the swap to aluminum covers. I am assuming I fucked up the install and the gasket is not seated in the cover. How do you guys get those in? Was a major pita getting the cover in and I think that's when the gasket cane out. Do you pull the fuel line off the rails fully when you do these?
