There's something about Dave Grohl's "nice guy" routine that rubs me the wrong way. He's also been somewhat of a bully to Courtney. I've also read -- in Michael Azerrad's Come As You Are--that he made fun of another one of Kurt's girlfriends, Tobi Vail. I get the sense that he sees women in music spaces as 'less than.'
