Salve scusate ma utilizzavo la stessa immagine avatar del mio profilo Microsoft da anni, dopo aver avuto un pò di problemi con un aggiornamento l'immagine è sparita dal profilo del pc. Infatti sul mio PC portatile nuovo, dopo un ripristino forzato dovuto ad un aggiornamento andato male, mi sono ritrovato con un secondo windows fantasma, cancellato grazie ad una guida del signor Leuzzi.

8 gen 2019 · Donc j'ai fait TOUT les truc possible : -redémarrer ma console. -vérifier mon internet. -desinstaler et re-installer l'application. -enlever et remettre mon compte de la console. -et télécharger l'application sur Windows 10. Et sa me met le même message d'erreur.

28 mag 2021 · When I start the Xbox One Avatar App, it stops at the beginning with the message that a problem occurred and my avatar couldn't be loaded. Cleared cache, reinstalled app, did *not* factory-reset my Xbox. Important: Same problem on Laptop with Avatar App, same problem on another laptop, same problem on another Xbox One from a friend.

Based on my experience, you could use any third-party tool to customize picture format, like its compression or resolution, change it to 96ppi to see if this way can make any difference.
