I'm using Amazon Prime Video for Windows app in my laptop. I used to stream movies in that app at HD 1080p quality.. But I don't know why in the recent days, I'm just getting only HD quality (which is considered 720p). I tried playing in Edge, Chrome, Opera but still its being streamed at HD quality only. I've 100Mbps Up/Down internet.
21 ago 2021 · It's not the video card or its drivers (which are the latest already, BTW). This worked fine until a few days ago. It still works fine for all streaming services except Primevideo. It also works fine on other browsers, including Chrome which runs on the same Chromium engine as Edge.
