Kalyssa "Kiki" van Zanten (born 25 August 2001) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Houston Dash of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). Born in the United States, she represents Jamaica internationally. She played college soccer for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Van Zanten made history with Team Jamaica at the 2023 Women’s World Cup, becoming the first Caribbean nation to advance to the Round of 16. Van Zanten even earned a start in the Round of 16 matchup against Colombia. Van Zanten’s first call-up with the Jamaican National Team occurred in July 2022 during the Women’s CONCACAF Championship.

20 feb 2022 · FOUR MONTHS ago Kalyssa Van Zanten hoped her first national senior call-up would be the catalyst for a role in Jamaica’s 2023 Women’s World Cup qualifying bid. On Thursday against Bermuda, she got her wish with an international debut she said went as well as she had imagined.
The Jamaican defender netted the only goal of the match in the 102nd minute, securing Third Place for her team in the 2022 Concacaf Women's Championship. The game was a tight affair, with both sides hitting the woodwork and Costa Rica missing a penalty in regulation time.
