I've Got My Own Album to Do is the first solo album by English rock musician Ronnie Wood, released in September 1974. An all-star project recorded outside of his activities with the Faces , it reached number 27 on the UK's NME chart.
19 lug 2021 · Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood and Kenney Jones are back in the studio recording the first new material as Faces since the band’s 1973’s farewell album, Ooh La La. Guitarist Wood revealed that the band’s surviving members are making new music in a new (paywalled) interview in The Times newspaper.
The album was recorded on 5 February 1993 at Universal Studios, Los Angeles as part of MTV's Unplugged series. The event aired on television on 5 May of the same year. Unplugged finds Stewart reunited, for the first time in nearly twenty years, with Ronnie Wood, a fellow Faces band member.
Prima di entrare a far parte degli Stones (nel 1975) Wood ha suonato inizialmente negli Artwoods, poi nei Birds, nei Creation, nei Santa Barbara Machine Head, come bassista nel Jeff Beck Group assieme a Rod Stewart, con il quale nel '70 si è unito ai Faces (ex Small Faces) come chitarrista.
