28 giu 2019 · David Knights nasce a Islington (Londra) il 28 giugno 1945 ed è un musicista, bassista e compositore britannico, ex bassista dei Procol Harum. Noto prevalentemente per essere stato il primo bassista dei Procol Harum, successivamente ha anche suonato nella band britannica Ruby, e, dal 1972, nei Wee Small Hours of Sixpence.
Procol Harum were formed in April 1967 by former Paramounts pianist and vocalist Gary Brooker and his songwriting partner Keith Reid, who enlisted Ray Royer, David Knights, Matthew Fisher and Bobby Harrison for the group's initial incarnation.
