Biografia. Dale Robertson fu pugile professionista prima di entrare alla Claremore Military Academy a Claremore, nel natio Oklahoma. Durante la seconda guerra mondiale fu arruolato e combatté sia in Nordafrica che sul fronte del Pacifico.
The film as a whole isn't an artistic masterpiece, but the subject matter is powerful enough to make it an enjoyable, and at times bittersweet, picture of Dale. A big step up from an ESPN 'SportsCentury' style documentary. The film doesn't play Dale up for more than he was - a born racer.
