The Tourists is the debut album from the British band The Tourists, released in 1979. The album peaked at #72 in the UK Albums Chart. Two singles were released from the album. "Blind Among the Flowers" peaked at #52 in the UK Singles Chart, and "The Loneliest Man in the World" peaked at #32.
The Tourists. Initially founded in 1975 by Peet Coombes, Annie Lennox and David Stewart as 'The Catch' - releasing one single "Borderline / Black Blood" on Logo Records (GO 103). Renamed to The Tourists after Eddie Chin and Jim Toomey joined in 1977.
