After replacing Bartsocas with guitarist James Glayat (who had previously played in Roosevelt with Kirkpatrick) in October 1998, As Friends Rust returned to Goldentone Studios to record "The First Song on the Tape You Make Her" with McGregor; McGregor and local Gainesville musician Keith Welsh provided backing vocals on the recording.

17 lug 2023 · Not currently having a permanent bassist, the band - vocalist Damien Moyal, guitarist Joseph Simmons, guitarist James Glayat and drummer Timothy Kirkpatrick - called upon Against Me!’s Andrew Seward to play bass on most of the record. We caught up with vocalist Damien Moyal to talk about the band’s excellent new album.

15 set 2009 · Platform broke up and those three formed Roosevelt with Chris’s brother Jeff Irving on drums. So the band was made up of 2 pairs of brothers at the beginning. After a few months, tension was high with Jeff, so he left and I joined and James Glayat came in as a 2nd guitarist.
In its final days, the band relocated to Burbank, California and its line-up included principal songwriter, lead vocalist, guitarist and keyboardist Jeremy Griffith; bass guitarist, keyboardist and backing vocalist Jake Brown; drummer Timothy Kirkpatrick; and guitarist James Glayat.
