is the 2nd Oz book by Roger S. Baum with illustrations by Charlotte Hart. It was published in 1990 and is 32 pages long. It is dedicated to all of the people who played the Munchkins in The Wizard of Oz (1939 film) and directly names over a hundred of them right after the title page. Also mentioned are his personal friends Cluade and Jeannie Holman.
It was originally written as a chapter from Dorothy of Oz.
