Young the Giant is an American rock band that formed in Irvine, California, in 2004. The band's line-up consists of Sameer Gadhia ( lead vocals ), Jacob Tilley ( guitar ), Eric Cannata ( guitar ), Payam Doostzadeh ( bass guitar ), and Francois Comtois ( drums ).

29 lug 2019 · Ahead of Young the Giant’s Thursday, August 8, stop at the Santa Barbara Bowl, I had a chat with drummer and songwriter François Comtois to discuss the tour, the creative process, and the band’s grander artistic journey over the years.
The album features live track recording, which the band had never previously attempted. Drummer Francois Comtois noted that working with Chiccarelli for the sessions "was incredibly intimidating, but he kicked our asses into shape."
