The Shadowland tour began on May 2nd 2014, in Gent, Belgium. The show on March 20th 2015 would be the group's last with Charles Bobuck, who later revealed himself to be Hardy Fox. Shadowland's set list was divided into seven sections, each focusing on a different album from the group's back catalogue.
On March 10th 2015, a live album was released featuring a recording of an early Shadowland show in Nantes, France. Blue Rosebuds (Shadowland)(2014)Shadowland was the final part of the Randy, Chuck and Bob Trilogy, and featured Rico on keyboards towards the end of the tour after the retirement of Charles Bobuck. This tour focused on themes of birth, rebirth, reincarnation and near death experiences.
Part three of the “Randy, Chuck and Bob”-trilogy was probably the best concert experience of the three tours. It was visually fitting to the music, and Randy’s long rants in between songs were wisely replaced by video interludes with little stories from the afterlife or twilight zone.
