Originally released in 1982, under the band name, The Salvation Army, but later changed to The Three O'Clock for legal reasons, this is the debut album from Michael Quercio's psychedelic pop garage rock outfit, and pillar of L.A.'s Paisley Underground scene.
The Three O'Clock originally formed under the name The Salvation Army in 1981. The original lineup included Quercio (lead vocals, bass), John Blazing (guitar), and Troy Howell (drums). They released a single ("Mind Gardens" b/w "Happen Happened") on The Minutemen 's New Alliance label in November 1981.
