Carl August Walther Sommerlath (22 January 1901 – 21 October 1990) was a German businessman and the father of Queen Silvia, consort of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden. After World War II, Sommerlath served as president of a Brazilian subsidiary of the Swedish steel-parts manufacturer Uddeholm Tooling.

Carl August Walther Sommerlath, född 22 januari 1901 i Heidelberg i Baden i Kejsardömet Tyskland, död 21 oktober 1990 i Heidelberg i Baden-Württemberg i Tyskland, var en tysk affärsman. I Sverige är han mest känd som far till Silvia Sommerlath, Sveriges drottning.
