Thomas "Old Tom" Parr (c. 1482 or 1483 (reputedly) – 13 November 1635) was an Englishman who was said to have lived for 152 years.

Nato nel 1483 sotto il regno di Enrico VII (1457-1509), diventò giardiniere capo di Casa Reale, e fin qui nulla di strano. Amava il suo lavoro tra le piante, le siepi e i rosai, ed era notoriamente vegano.
Sir Thomas Parr (1478 – 11 November 1517) of Kendal in Westmorland (now Cumbria), England, was a courtier and is best known as the father of Queen Catherine Parr, the sixth and final wife of King Henry VIII.

Tradition insist that this man was born around the year 1482 or 1483, and that he had reached the ripe old age of 152 years.
