- Our Story
St Edward's College offers an inspiring and challenging Catholic education to over 1150 children from across the City and further afield. An explicitly Catholic culture prioritises serving God through serving one another in community, demonstrating commitment, caring for others and striving for success.
This year, we introduced a new format for our Awards categories, aligning them more closely with our College Values and Code for Learning. Our updated award categories are designed to reflect our College Aspiration Statement, which encourages students to embody respect, autonomy, and resilience.
St Edward's College, England is a co-educational Catholic school with academy status in the UK located in the Liverpool suburb of West Derby. Founded in 1853 as the Catholic Institute, the college was formerly a boys grammar school run by the Congregation of Christian Brothers, known widely as the Irish
