Fatma Sultan (in turco ottomano, فاطمہ سلطان, "Colei che si astiene"; Manisa, 1573 – Costantinopoli, 1620) è stata una principessa ottomana, figlia del sultano Murad III e della sua favorita Safiye Sultan.

Aveva tre sorelle maggiori, Şah Sultan, Gevherhan Sultan e Ismihan Sultan, e una sorella minore, Fatma Sultan, oltre a sette fratellastri minori, di cui cinque, ancora vivi al momento, che fece uccidere appena salito al trono, come richiesto dalla Legge del Fraticidio, malgrado nessuno di loro avesse più di quattro anni.

Fatma Sultan nacque il 19 giugno 1879 a Istanbul, nel Palazzo di Çırağan. Era figlia del sultano ottomano deposto Murad V e della consorte Resan Hanim. Venne chiamata in onore della sorella favorita di suo padre, Fatma Sultan, e di sua nonna materna.
