  4. 'Signed D.C.' is basically Arthur’s solo about the perils of drug addiction. DC aka Don Conka was Love's original drummer, who because of his addiction was dropped from the recording of the first album. DC could not be counted on for appearances at rehearsals & gigs. He was always late or never showed at all, because had to get drugs.
