School History. The Hall School traces its roots back to 1889 when the Reverend Francis Wrottesley set up his own school, primarily to educate his own growing family of boys. He took in other paying pupils and so the Belsize School for Boys was born.
With effect from September entry 2024, the following fees apply per term. The Governors remain committed to the principle of an ‘all-inclusive’ fee with no chargeable extras for curriculum activities. Reception Class and Year 1 – £8,388. Year 2 and above (inclusive of lunch) – £8,642.
Academic Achievement. At the end of Year 8 our boys leave us to move on to a range of very good senior schools. The majority of the boys will move on to a London day school; around twenty to twenty-five boys commonly join St Paul’s and Westminster each year.
