The music of The Great Milenko features a rap metal sound and features guest appearances by popular rock stars Alice Cooper, Steve Jones and Slash. Although the album was poorly received by critics, it debuted at number 63 on the Billboard charts, and was later certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

The fourth studio album by Southwest Detroit rap group Insane Clown Posse. The fourth of the original six Joker's Card albums. This album was originally released by Hollywood Records on June 24th, 1997. After complaints about the album's content it was removed from store shelves that same day and ICP's contract was terminated by the record company.
