Three of the five original members, Solomon ("Soul Glow Activatur") and twins Joshua ("Fatty") and Jacob ("Crouton"), are sons of Jerome Olds, a Christian artist popular in the late 1980s. The Brothers released Fact and Reality in 1994 and RPM in 1995.

Biografia. Il gruppo si è formato ad Atlanta a partire dall'iniziativa dei fratelli Solomon, Joshua e Jacob Olds, già attivi come musicisti dal 1993. Nel marzo 2006 è uscito l'album d'esordio. Solomon Olds ha lasciato il gruppo nel 2013 e il ruolo di vocalist è stato assunto da Jacob Olds, precedentemente batterista. Formazione. Attuale.
Known to his fans as "Crouton," he is famous as the frontman of the Christian rock band Family Force 5. Before taking over as lead vocalist of the group in 2013, he spent nearly a decade as Family Force 5's drummer. His popular albums with the group include Dance or Die, III, and Time Stands Still.
Using mostly pen and ink on watercolor paper, with watercolor or acrylic accents, Jacob’s subjects are whimsical portrayals of iconic figures.
