They started as a trio consisting of singer/guitar JK, bassist Chris Muench and drummer Daniel Hennessy. In '97 Hennessy left to finish his schooling to which he became a professional photographer. His replacement was French born Michél Bravine who had moved from the Pacific northwest to Long Beach.
