A hit-and-miss, but fun, revue of the R&B/funk/soul/Ur-disco musical scene that was Johnny Otis' in the 60's and 70's. The twenty tracks here represent ten different musical artists, many of them obscure today (Debbie Lyndsey; The Vibrettes; Doug Wintz; Ice Water Slim, etc.).
