He sets the amp to a creamy tone to separate himself from the more abrasive humbucker pickup sounds of his bandmates.

The group comprises vocalist Ivar Nikolaisen, guitarists Vidar Landa, Bjarte Lund Rolland and Maciek Ofstad, bassist Marvin Nygaard and drummer Håvard Takle Ohr.

8 set 2023 · The intricate layering between guitarists Vildar Landa, Bjarte Lund Rolland and Maciek Ofstad is marvellous, allowing for each musicians part to shine when required. Marvin Nygaard’s bass work sits comfortably within the complex framework of guitars whilst retaining a solid warmth and presence.

On the band’s fourth LP it feels like their three guitar attack – comprising Vidar Landa, Bjarte Lund Rolland and Maciek Ofstad – has reached its final form, pinballing with pyrotechnic power between Thin Lizzy -style twin leads, feral thrash breakdowns and ringing power-pop riffs.
