Louise of Valois (c. 19 August 1515 – 21 September 1518), was the first child and first daughter of King Francis I of France and his first wife, Claude of France. She died in infancy, but was betrothed to Charles I of Spain for much of her life.

As a young woman, Louise was described as tall, blonde, and strikingly beautiful, with a modest and quiet personality. It was perhaps her physical attractiveness which caught the eye of the heir to the French throne, Henry of Valois, who met Louise while on a tour of the province of Lorraine in 1573.
