Salvador Santana (born May 22, 1983) is a singer, spoken word artist, songwriter, and composer. His main instruments are the electronic keyboard and piano. He is the son of ten-time Grammy winning guitarist Carlos Santana and poet/author/activist Deborah Santana.
SSB: The Album. Released in 2008, The Salvador Santana Band’s first album, SSB (an obvious acronym of the band’s name) produced one hit single: “Summer’s Day.”
12 gen 2008 · Salvador certainly has inherited some musical skill from his famous father Carlos, but he has a more modern style and sensibility younger listeners will like. The music on this album is a lot like the style of music found on Ozomatli or deSol CDs, mixing Afro-Cuban rhythms with rap and R&B elements.
