We are always excited to welcome new students to Marlborough Girls’ College, whether you are in Year 9 or any other year group. Starting at a new school provides lots of opportunities and can also be challenging. This page has useful links to information for new students and new whānau.
Marlborough Girls’ College offers a vibrant cultural programme for students. Some of these activities include Junior and Senior Combined Colleges’ productions, Jazz Band, two choirs, itinerant music tuition, Stage Challenge entries and involvement in the National Shakespeare Festival.
Marlborough Girls’ College, Blenheim, provides single sex secondary education to students from a large geographical area. The school roll is becoming increasingly diverse and includes a wide range of ethnic groups. Nearly twenty percent of students identify as Māori and four percent as Pacific.
