- About Us
Nottingham High School is a private fee-charging day school for boys and girls in Nottingham, England, with an infant and junior school (ages 4–11) and senior school (ages 11–18). There were 1177 students enrolled as at January 2022, of whom 262 were in the sixth form, studying for advanced certificate examinations.
Nottingham High Junior School educates children from Year 3 to Year 6, and welcomes new pupils at all year groups subject to availability. The Junior School admissions process assesses your child’s ability in the core subjects of Mathematics and English, including reading, along with some measures of general ability.
Life at Nottingham High School. From our youngest pupils at Lovell House to our oldest in the Sixth Form, Nottingham High School thrives on curiosity, challenge, encouragement and kindness.
Infant and Junior School parents are welcome to get involved with our Parents’ Association, the “Friends of Nottingham High School”. The group organise a variety of social events throughout the year, including the Summer Fête.
