Susanne Freytag. Propaganda is a German synth-pop band formed in Düsseldorf in 1982. They signed a recording contract with ZTT Records as early as 1983 and released their first single "Dr Mabuse" in 1984. Followed by their debut studio album, the critically acclaimed A Secret Wish, in 1985.
Trasferitisi in Gran Bretagna, al gruppo si aggiunsero le cantanti Susanne Freytag e Claudia Brücken. Con questa formazione pubblicarono il singolo Dr. Mabuse che entrò nei primi trenta della classifica inglese.

Suzanne Freytag is a German singer known from her participation in the successful 80s Synth Pop group Propaganda. This group was formed in Düsseldorf, Germany, in 1982 by Ralf Dörper (a member of the German industrial band Die Krupps).
22 mag 2024 · This current iteration of Propaganda features its classic musicians, Ralf Dörper and Michael Mertens. Original vocalists Susanne Freytag and Claudia Brücken are not part of the revival, and some fans may bristle at the idea of a Propaganda reunion without either of them.
1 lug 2022 · Claudia Brücken and Susanne Freytag wanted to start playing live again. There was one major issue to overcome first. “We realised a Propaganda show would be quite short,” smiles Claudia, sat next to Susanne on a sofa at Brücken’s home in London.
