The University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law is the second oldest university-based common law Faculty in the Commonwealth. It is located in New Brunswick's capital city, Fredericton, and is one of two law schools located in the province, the other being the French-language Faculty at l'Université de Moncton.
Founded in 1892, UNB Law is the second-oldest university-based law faculty in the Commonwealth and has graduated premiers, cabinet ministers, and judges at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
With an annual intake of just over 90 students, UNB Law has developed a reputation as an outstanding Canadian law school that offers a warm atmosphere which allows students to form close relationships with peers and professors. UNB Law brings together ambitious students and committed teachers in a demanding but supportive learning environment.
