Il primo si chiama Our Lady Of Late, un singolare esperimento portato a teatro alcuni anni prima in cui l'artista si esibisce con il contributo di alcuni calici da vino. Mentre la Monk presenta una quindicina di frammenti vocali, l'uno diverso dall'altro, il suono dei calici sullo sfondo è monotono, delicato, ipnotico, ossessivo.

Meredith Jane Monk (born November 20, 1942) is an American composer, performer, director, vocalist, filmmaker, and choreographer. From the 1960s onwards, Monk has created multi-disciplinary works which combine music, theatre , and dance , recording extensively for ECM Records . [1]
