Lady Alice Holland, Countess of Kent (c. 1350 – 17 March 1416), LG, formerly Alice FitzAlan, was an English noblewoman, a daughter of the 10th Earl of Arundel, and the wife of the 2nd Earl of Kent, the half-brother of King Richard II.
Alice FitzAlan nacque nel Castello di Arundel attorno al 1350, secondogenita di Richard FitzAlan, X conte di Arundel e di Eleonora di Lancaster (11 settembre 1318-11 gennaio 1372), a sua volta figlia di Enrico Plantageneto (uno dei figli di Edmondo, conte di Lancaster) e di Maud Chaworth.
