Sta per DEFinitive CONdition 4 ed è un chiaro epigono del secondo episodio della serie di Mad Max. Di produzione canadese, girato con quattro soldi e di uno squallore tremendo. Soprattutto la regia di Paul Donovan va sul banco degli imputati, ma anche sul montaggio ci sarebbero molti appunti da fare.
