Hines’ award-winning solos include the immersive real estate horror Crawlspace and The Pochsy Plays. Her “Ingenious, acidic comedy” (Globe and Mail) has been twice finalist for the Governor General’s Literary Award, and for the 2020 Siminovitch Prize.
From an imaginary pitch for an impossible tv show, to a twenty-minute musical about suicidal telemarketers, Hines’ essays, excerpts, short plays and articles have been included in a number of literary anthologies and magazines, with more to come.
