ZaSu Pitts (/ ˈ s eɪ z uː ˈ p ɪ t s /; January 3, 1894 – June 7, 1963) was an American actress whose career spanned nearly five decades, starring in many silent film dramas, including Erich von Stroheim's 1924 epic Greed, and comedies, before transitioning successfully to mostly comedy roles with the advent of sound films.

Zasu Pitts was a classic comedienne who starred in screwball comedies and dramas from the 1920s to the 1960s. She was known for her timid, forlorn blue eyes, trademark vocal pattern and fidgety hands, and her roles in Greed, Ruggles of Red Gap, and The Gale Storm Show.

Accanto a Thelma Todd interpretò, dal 1931 al 1933, una serie cinematografica prodotta da Hal Roach. Zasu Pitts viene ricordata inoltre per il suo ruolo di Elvira Nugent nella serie televisiva The Gale Storm Show, conosciuta anche col titolo Oh! Susanna (in onda dal 1956 al '60).
