Cora Bissett (born 1974) is a Scottish theatre director, playwright, actor and musician. As a director she has created Amada, Roadkill, Grit: The Martyn Bennett Story, Glasgow Girls and Room.
Often those shows are inspired by real people I meet along the way. I am inspired by humans, real stories, by brave survivors and fighters, by those who won’t accept the status Quo, and by those who keep on fighting when it seems every avenue has long been exhausted.
