Garry George McDonald AO (born 30 October 1948) is an Australian actor, satirist and comedian. In a career spanning five decades he has had many theatre, television and film roles, and has been listed as a National Living Treasure.
Garry McDonald is an Australian actor, writer, and comedian, best known for his roles in Moulin Rouge!, Mother and Son, and The Rage in Placid Lake. He also created and played the iconic character Norman Gunston, who won the Gold Logie Award in 1976.
