Nova Margery Pilbeam (1919-2015) was a British actress with notable performances in both theatre and film. She attained early fame as a child stage actress before auditioning for Gaumont-British in 1934, leading to a starring role in the critical acclaimed Little Friend (1934) and a seven-year contract with the studio.
