Randall A. Wulff, better known by his stage name Lewis, and also known as Lewis Baloue and Randy Duke, is a Canadian singer and musician. He released a number of albums in the 1980s, but did not become widely known until they were re-released in 2014.
Randall Aldon Wulff (* 1954 in Calgary) ist ein kanadischer Singer-Songwriter, der seit 1983 unter den Pseudonymen Lewis und Lewis Baloue mindestens zwei Musikalben einspielte und Lieder für bis zu zehn weitere Alben aufnahm. Ihm ist auch das Pseudonym Randy Duke zuzuordnen.
Randall Wulff riappare dunque nel 1985 sul suolo canadese, due anni dopo la pubblicazione di L’Amour, a Calgary. Nei Thunder Road Studios trova Dan Lowe, con il quale lavorerà a Romantic Times, sotto lo pseudonimo di Lewis Baloue, alimentando ulteriormente il suo mito.

Sourced soon after the re-release of L’Amour, Romantic Times is the 1985 follow-up to L’Amour – and it’s released as Lewis Baloue.
