Nigel Faletoese Vagana (born 7 February 1975), also known by the nicknames of "Pablo", and "Chiko", is a former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s and 2000s, as a wing, centre and five-eighth.

3 giorni fa · A member of NZ’s World Cup squad in 2000, Vagana has played fullback, centre, winger and five-eighth at Test level. He joined the Bulldogs in 2001 following the change of ownership of the Auckland club but the move paid dividends, winning the ‘Dally M’ centre-of-the-year award.
Vagana celebrated in his fifth career win over Australia as New Zealand powered to a staggering 24-0 triumph at Elland Road. Remaining at five-eighth for the bulk of the Kiwis’ 2006 schedule, the 31-year-old had the honour of captaining his country in the Anzac Test defeat at Suncorp Stadium.
