Menzo was ruim zeven jaar lang eerste keeper van Ajax. Medio 1994 verhuisde Menzo naar PSV. Vervolgens speelde hij succesvol voor het Belgische K. Lierse S.K. waarmee hij, onder leiding van Eric Gerets, de Belgische Beker won en kampioen werd.
