25 apr 2024 · Graham Hill (born Feb. 15, 1929, London—died Nov. 29, 1975, near London) was a British automobile racing driver who won the Grand Prix world championship in 1962 and 1968 and the Indianapolis 500 in 1966. Trained as an engineer, Hill became a racing car mechanic and drove in his first race in 1954.
