A pharmacist, police officer, and a janitor are commuting fall hostages on bus that gets hijacked by a terrorist. The terrorist forces the three into a violent game of Rock, Paper, Scissors and Russian roulette, which the janitor Testsu loses.
Tre anni dopo i tre, per vie traverse, si incroceranno dando inizio ad una serie di vendette portate avanti su richiesta di persone che hanno subito torti di varia natura. Con il proseguo del film, la situazione finirà per divenire sempre più eccessiva.
Plot. Shingo is a frustrated clerk at a police station, Tetsu is stressed out over his mentally ill father and Saki has an inferiority complex over her artificial eye. Together they have the misfortune to be riding the same bus when a terrorist strikes.
After a violent incident on a bus, two men (Ryô Kase, Joe Odagiri) join forces to act out people's revenge fantasies.

Scrap Heaven takes a dash of Fight Club and drowns it in a bucket of Japanese salary-life apathy. And for the most part it works pretty well. A shitty desk cop gets roped into a life of revenge and madness by an unhinged janitor after they survive a hostage situation on a bus.
