Mr. Cupcake, also known as just Cupcake, is a major antagonist in the Five Nights at Freddy's film. He is often seen accompanying Chica, sat on a plate.

Mr. Cupcake is portrayed via animatronic puppet effects provided by Jim Henson's Creature Shop, and is performed by Brett O'Quinn.

Mr. Cupcake is a small cupcake animatronic prop with pink-frosting, two large yellow eyes, a yellow-striped birthday candle with a vinyl candle-light, buck teeth, no wrapper and black eyelids. He is also shown to hide a row of sharp metallic teeth under the plastic exterior.

Unlike the other animatronics, Mr. Cupcake, despite his small size, is said to be the most aggressive and ferocious of the entire bunch when attacking, consistently jumping out to his victims and biting at people such as Carl and even attempting to bite through a metal vent when it's blocked from him by Jeff. He is extremely loyal to Chica as he is...

Mr. Cupcake was first found when the establishment was broken into. When one of the members of the group of vandals, Carl, entered the kitchen, Cupcake was within the fridge, shaking it from the inside. Carl investigated, finding Cupcake. Shortly after Chica's arrival, he had vanished from the fridge and returned to Chica's plate. Upon being spotted again, he lunged from the plate at Carl, biting into his face, eventually resulting in his death.

Shortly after the death of two of the four intruders, Cupcake was seen on the camera monitors accompanied by Chica and Bonnie. Chica proceeded to then lower Cupcake into the vents, where he raced through the passage toward the office, attempting to break in. After being prevented from entering, he presumably returned to Chica.

After Mike stunned and temporarily disabled Chica while saving Abby, Cupcake attacked him by grappling him and taking him to the floor via biting. Shortly after, Cupcake was also temporarily deactivated when Mike knocked him off his leg and slammed the stun prod into Cupcake's mouth.

A few minutes later, Cupcake returned to activation, standing up on William's command and returning to Chica. Upon being reminded that William was the one who murdered the children, he resentfully stared at him before lunging into him, taking a bite out of his Springlock suit and, in turn, activating the springlocks. He was last seen with Chica as the gang carries William off into the destroyed pizzeria.
