An early 90s slasher of sorts starring Lou Diamond Phillips as the most unconvincing cop of all time, who, with the aid of super-fox psychic, Tess (played by Tracy Griffith of Sleepaway Camp III fame), has to battle against an unkillable and undead satanist Jeff Kober, whom he had sentenced to death for a string of sadistic satanic murders.
