What Changed Charley Farthing? (also known as The Bananas Boat), is a 1975 comedy film directed by Sidney Hayers, starring Doug McClure, Lionel Jeffries, and Hayley Mills. It is based on the 1965 novel of the same title by John Harris (as Mark Hebden).
This weakly constructed film, originally titled "What Changed Charlie Farthing" for its initial showing in the United Kingdom, offers nary a whisper of wit that might attract an astute audience, as logic and continuity are murdered during its progression.
