A television movie, based on a true story, about an estranged husband who, in an explosive rage, decides to have his wife murdered by a hired killer.
Downpayment on Murder plot. Karen is only eighteen when she meets the much older Harry. He is irresistible, has a good job and still has boyhood dreams. They get married and soon have two children. Ten years later, however, their marriage is shattered. Tired of her husband's abuse, humiliation and wasting money, Karen moves out with the kids.
